Clean, warm, and welcoming. Facilities and staff were upkeeping the site, from toilets in main areas as well as tables being cleaned efficiently at the Hans im Gluck restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming with music in the needed areas. Decor was interesting but worked for some reason. Lighting in hallways was sensor based and worked reliably. Catching Uber/Transport services was easy and reliable, aswell good location to take the underground train with a 700m walk involved. For some that would be more cost effective. Ordering food was easy to do from any food service as long as you were happy to go down to the lobby area. Floors are restricted by access cards given by reception.

The hotel was perfect - very cosy, comfortable, luxury, nice location close to the metro station. The breakfast was very good, the room was very spacious, a lot of light in the room, very cosy and warm, a lot of places to put your belongings, a couple of places to seat and a small table you can also work, very comfortable wardrobe (as we were there for two business weeks, all these things were very important to us). Very nice burger restaurant on the ground floor, small but cosy fitness and sauna. Very nice and comfortable lobby where I stayed some of the days to work.

The location of this hotel is very good. Calm area with several grocery stores (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, etc.) and certain shops. It takes around 25 minutes from this hotel to the city center (Marienplatz) by metro (from Aidenbachstraße). The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke English very well. The rooms are soundproof. We didn't hear any noise from the rooms next door. We also liked the style of the room (and of the hotel overall). It is a relatively new hotel, and the furniture looks modern and nice. The beds were big and comfortable with soft pillows. We really enjoyed our stay in NYX Hotel Munich!

From the decorated reception and instagrammable lobby with candy spot, to the pink lighted elevator and up to the room, the hotel is nicely perfumed. The bed is super confortable, also the sofa was great for the kids, the room size is good. The mirrored bed and sofa, plus the way you can rotate the TV from one side to the other was nice. You have all you need in the room, and the shower is spatious. The alternative lighting is a nice touch. We will be back here, no doubt! The breakfast indeed superb, with everything fresh, enough vegetables and a variety of meat, cheese and pastry. The restaurant is a great choice for the afternoon or evening also, they have a good menu before 17.00. The location is nicely connected, you have a bus right in front of the hotel and you can reach and switch means of transport with a lot of options. They even have a bar for dogs, it is a nice way to feel welcomed and surrounded by kindness. Last but not the least, the reception staff is very friendly and kind, you find support and guidance.

The NYX Hotel is so conveniently located, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel that you can take directly to the underground which from there you can easily make your way to the city centre/old town in less than 30 minutes. Alternatively you can walk to the underground it’s only a short 15 minutes or less. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Extremely accommodating and friendly, and were so helpful and willing to solve any problem. Unfortunately we did not get the names of the staff, but all the receptionists, day and night, were fantastic. The room is big and clean, overall the hotel was well maintained. There is a restaurant that serves delicious food downstairs, separate to the breakfast area. Overall, a very nice hotel in a convenient location with amazing staff.

Great location, and a very quirky and unique hotel! I loved the style. It was very modern and inviting. Staff were friendly and great. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and the room size was fantastic! The robot room service is SO COOL. The restaurant downstairs is a great pairing with the hotel as the food & drinks are delicious!

Nice small hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Room service cleans the room every day. The distance to the center is good; the metro station is about 10 minutes on foot. There is also a grocery store nearby. Overall, great value for money. The rooms are quiet. Rich breakfast buffet. Complimentary bottle of water every day in the room. On the ground floor, there is also a restaurant "Hans Im Glück," where you can enjoy great burgers or salads.

First, I especially thank the employee, ELENA SANDU, because this employee is very polite and cheerful and loves to help everyone. I personally saw her dealing with me personally and with all the hotel guests. I also thank the treatment of the employees, Nadeem and Emily. This hotel is not the first time I book in it. Rather, every time I go to Munich, I book in it, but it needs some attention. For the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom, because the cleanliness of the bathroom is not good. Also, a water kitly must be provided because it is necessary to have it in the room. All the hotels in which I live have a water kitly for tea . Knowing that, I was more alerted to this matter and spoke to the hotel management about this matter. A water boiler must be placed in the rooms because it is necessary. The breakfast is wonderful and suitable, but some of the restaurant staff have inappropriate behaviour. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the supermarket. It is approximately 15 miles from Munich city center by car. There is parking, but some times it is full. Finally, I thank everyone at the hotel for their good treatment
